Digital products can't be returned — but they can be refunded

Everything Manifesting Quantum sells is digital: programs, courses, guides, audio, and coaching sessions delivered online. There is no physical item to box up and send back, so traditional returns don't apply.

Instead, digital products are covered by our Refund Policy: if you buy a program or course and it doesn't deliver what was promised, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

What if my download or access doesn't work?

That's a delivery problem, not a return — and we'll fix it fast. If a download link is broken, your program access doesn't arrive, or a file is corrupted, email ibrobertb23@gmail.com and we'll resend or repair it personally, usually within one business day.

Coaching and events

Coaching sessions and event tickets aren't returnable items either, but they are covered by our Cancellation Policy: cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund, or reschedule once with 48 hours' notice at no charge.
