Refund Policy

We want every purchase from Manifesting Quantum to feel like money well spent. If something you bought doesn't deliver what was promised, we will make it right. Here are the specifics:

Digital products (programs, courses, guides, audio)

Digital products are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If you buy a program or course and it isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days and we'll refund you — no interrogation, no hard feelings.

Coaching sessions

One-on-one coaching sessions (including the 1-hour Manifesting Q&A) are fully refundable when cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions without notice, are not refundable — but you can reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Masterclasses and live events

Masterclass and event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. After that, tickets are transferable to a future event but not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email ibrobertb23@gmail.com with your name, the product or session you purchased, and the date of purchase. We handle every request personally and aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we resolve nearly everything directly, and it's faster for you. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your access to purchased products being revoked while the dispute is resolved.
